I love cookies. My friends rarely guess that the cookies I make never have flour and are pretty high in protein.
For this basic protein cookie recipe you need:
2 scoops protein powder (about 50 grams)
half a cup of oat bran
1/4 cup of flax meal
1/4 cup of walnuts
dash of cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together and add the ground up cloves and cinnamon.
Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
They are awesome for dunking :) In fact, they are so good, my physical therapist now charges me cookies.
