Why log?

Some of my readers have been curious what we choose to cook at home, since both Roland and I like to enjoy delicious and healthy meals and stay active so we can maintain an all year round healthy weight and body composition. I have been logging all my meals and activity, so you can see how little it takes to make things work. I am on no specific workout program at the moment, adjusting to my new environment, getting over time difference and culture difference and building a new routine.
