Mummy tummy time

I just spent a whole week lecturing to busy moms. They share three common issues:

1. They have no time to exercise

2. They all want to lose the baby pounds

3. They all want their flat tummies back

I have taught them ways to deal with the lack of time, exercising when baby's napping or using the stroller time in the park to get fit, and while they all try to eat healthy to lose the baby pounds, they know that a flat tummy means doing special abdominal techniques on a daily basis. But what if you are having a crazy day?

Try this simple pelvic roll:

Stand with your feet apart, and lean over with a neutral back. Inhale and as you exhale roll your pelvis forward, using your deep abdominal muscles. Hold for a count of three, go back to neutral and repeat 10-15 times. Do a few times during the day and get your flat tummy back in no time.
